There are two restaurants, golf pro shop and bar, with nine of the eighteen holes of the golf course operational. There is a local post office, a phone company, two local propane gas supplies one small construction company that mainly dedicates their time and energy to servicing the homes that are currently occupied in the area.

There are over a hundred miles of roads in the project, water in the street and electric service to over 70% of them. There is a local water company that is responsible for maintaining the roads and the water mains in the street.
The airstrip has recently been up-graded with a paved runway and there is a local ATIS automatic weather reporting station planned to be placed on the field.
