In addition to regular service, we will be able to offer a world class Dinner Train service with two trains scheduled for use. One train will originate the dinner run from Ruidoso to Cloud Croft, a distance of approximately 45 miles. The other dinner train will originate in Cloud Croft and run to Timberon a distance of approximate 35 miles. This development will open new vistas of beauty and splendor for all residents and visitors to enjoy. The tracks will provide transport to Cloud Croft and Ruidoso, stopping at the original Cloud Croft train station, to be restored, also stopping at the Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso, a beautiful casino and resort overlooking a crystal clear mountain lake.

Country Club Inn and Spa

Heaven’s Gate Airpark is one of a very few airparks in the world to have an eighteen hole golf course. The golf course also provides for a world class country club inn and spa. This location is situated on a rising slope west of the runway with clear visibility to the housing in the valley and the air center activities. The steam line rails are planned to run next to the Country Club Inn and Spa. This station and link to our country’s colorful recent history, will serve as the stop over and boarding place for one of the dinner trains. It is planned that a major hotel chain will manage the Country Club Inn and Spa under lease agreement.

Executive Offices and Leasing Services

H&C plans also include multi storied office complex strategically located prime commercial property. This business space will be leased by H&C’s Property Management Division on triple net leases. The shopping center mentioned above will also be under lease agreements.
