3. RMIC brings H&C, Inc. & Hatfield REIT-I, Inc. advantages:

Zester and Marilyn Hatfield own property in the area of the Sacramento Mountains, where the Native Missionary Training Center, is being planned for construction. Zester Hatfield holds a New Mexico Commercial Contractors license and has designed and built several projects in these mountains. They have had a vision of bible, vocational and business ownership training for young men and women from Mexico and all points south of the Rio Grande, for many years. It has taken much experience and considerable work to bring this great opportunity, of a Joint Venture possibility between these entities, which will allow them to function as a dynamic example of Business as Mission. RMIC has a team of seasoned leaders in Mexico at this time.

The center will provide both a training and practical application opportunity for young Mexican and other ethnic couples who want to be trained in all the skills necessary for establishing their own private businesses in their native country. The principles have many contacts in Mexico who are working with now to open the doors necessary for discovering who these couples are and where they live. Over the years RMIC scheduled City-Wide breakfast meetings and seminars for Pastors and Christian leaders to share with them their opportunity to be a blessing to their areas through this international effort. RMIC will sponsor the qualifying couples into the US under student R – Religious visas. This requires the sponsorship of their local Christian congregation and the US founded 501c3 non-profit organization; Reformation Ministries International Corp. The students will enter a three year training program for vocational skills including everything from construction, finance, accounting, general business management, computer skills, bible, and community family development. These students ranging from 18 – 25 years of age will provide the labor base that we will need to engage in our real estate development plans for this region of New Mexico and beyond. The students will earn the money to pay for their schooling and also create a capital account to use in the establishment of their new businesses when they return to their local communities in Mexico. There will be a six month orientation and basic skills training in construction before they come to the center.

The H&C, Inc. and Hatfield REIT-I, Inc. with the international assistance RMIC working together, will accomplish in this vast mountain area what no other entity or group of entities have been able to do. Through RMIC the young men and women who will form the basis for the skilled labor pool, with the professional training acquired at the center and the construction leadership of the Construction Company, real estate development in the greater Sacramento Mountain area will find new solutions.

The young trainees will be able to work 20 – 30 hours per week under their student visas and will be compensated at 1.5 to 2.0 times minimum wages. From these revenues they will pay for their instruction, living and housing costs and will bank no less than 25% of their gross earnings into a capital account for their eventual return to their home communities where they will continue to receive spiritual, economic, business and personal mentoring.
